Terms and conditions

Last updated 20 October 2026

1. Who sells

tiny-artist-prints is run by Tidsmester ApS, CVR no. 44747596, Jakob Dannefærds Vej 2, st. tv., 1973 Frederiksberg C, Denmark. You can always write to us at contact@tinyartistprints.com.

These terms apply when you, as a consumer, buy a poster from us. You accept them when you order.

2. The product

We make a poster from the photos of drawings you upload and the layout you choose and approve before you order. It's printed on Premium Matte paper (200 gsm) in the size you choose, and sent without a frame.

Colours on a screen and on paper are never quite the same, so the printed poster may differ slightly from the preview. We only enlarge drawings as far as they still print sharply, but a poster can never be sharper or have better colours than the photos you upload.

3. Prices

Prices are in Danish kroner and include 25% VAT. Shipping to a GLS parcel shop in Denmark is included. No fees are added to the price you see before you pay.

4. Ordering

When you have paid, we email you an order confirmation, and the contract is made. Check that its details are right, and write to us straight away if anything is wrong.

We may cancel an order and refund it in full if there is an obvious error, such as in the price, or if the photos or text are illegal or infringe the rights of others (see section 9).

5. Payment

You pay securely through our payment provider Stripe, with the payment methods shown at checkout. We never see or store your card details. Because the poster is made just for you, the amount is charged when you order.

6. Delivery

We deliver in Denmark. The poster is printed by our print partner and sent with GLS to the parcel shop nearest your address. Expected delivery is 3-7 working days from your order. You'll get an email with a tracking link when it's sent. The risk passes to you when it's delivered.

7. No right of withdrawal

The poster is made to your specifications and is clearly personalised, so there is no right of withdrawal (Danish Consumer Contracts Act, section 18(2)(iii)). We tell you so before you order, and you confirm it when you order. If you change your mind, write to us at once: the order goes to print shortly after payment, so we can't promise to stop it, but we'll try.

8. Complaints about faults

You have a 2-year right to complain under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. If the poster arrives damaged, has a printing fault, or doesn't match the layout you approved, write to us with a few photos of the poster and the packaging. We'll reprint it or refund you. Things caused by your own photos, text or choices (such as low resolution, shadows, or a spelling mistake in the name) are not faults, nor are small colour differences between screen and paper.

9. Your photos

Only upload photos you have the right to use, such as your own child's drawings, and nothing illegal or infringing. You let us use the photos and text to make, print and deliver your poster. We don't use them for anything else unless you separately let us show your poster on our website and in our marketing, which you can withdraw at any time by writing to us.

10. Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order, except where mandatory law says otherwise.

11. Personal data

See our privacy policy.

12. Complaints

If you're not happy, write to us at contact@tinyartistprints.com. If we can't agree, you can complain to the Danish Consumer Complaints Board (Nævnenes Hus), Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, through forbrug.dk.

13. Law

The contract is governed by Danish law.
