This page is in English. We currently deliver in Denmark only; the Danish version is the binding one.

1. Who is responsible

Tidsmester ApS, CVR no. 44747596, Jakob Dannefærds Vej 2, st. tv., 1973 Frederiksberg C, Denmark, is the data controller for tiny-artist-prints. Write to contact@tinyartistprints.com with questions or to use your rights.

2. What we process

  • When you make a poster: the photos of drawings you upload, the text you put on the poster (such as a name, years and greeting), and your layouts, linked to a cookie in your browser so you can continue later.
  • When you order: name, email, phone, delivery address, what you ordered and whether it's paid. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see them.
  • If you create an account: your email, to send you a sign-in link.
  • If you ask to hear when we open, or let us show your poster: your email and the versions you chose.
  • Technical: IP address and browser details in server logs and error reports; Google Analytics statistics only if you accept statistics cookies (see our cookie policy).

Upload photos of drawings, not photos of children.

3. Why, and our legal basis

  • To make, print and deliver your poster and help you: performance of our contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
  • To keep accounts as Danish law requires: legal obligation (art. 6(1)(c)).
  • To show your poster on our website and in marketing, tell you when we open, and measure traffic: your consent (art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
  • To keep the site secure and fix errors: our legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)).

4. Who we share it with

We never sell your data. Our processors: Gelato (printing and delivery: the print file and your name, address, email and phone), GLS (shipping, through Gelato), Stripe (payment), our hosting, storage and email providers, Flare (error reports) and Google (Analytics, with consent). Some, such as Stripe and Google, may transfer data to the US under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the EU standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep it

  • Poster drafts that aren't ordered: deleted after 6 months without use.
  • Photos and print files for an order: as long as we may need them for a complaint (up to 2 years after delivery).
  • Order and accounting records: 5 years from the end of the financial year, as Danish bookkeeping law requires.
  • Data given with your consent: until you withdraw it.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, to object, and to data portability. Write to contact@tinyartistprints.com. You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), datatilsynet.dk.

7. Changes

We update this policy when we change how we process data; the date at the top shows the latest change.
